Job Summary
Licensed AME or Aircraft Mechanics Technician with hands-on experience and run qualifications on ATR 42/72-600 sought to lead a team of licensed AMEs and apprentices. Perform, supervise, and certify maintenance tasks and engine runs on ATR 42/72-600 in accordance with regulatory and OEM standards. Oversee day-to-day line and base maintenance operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance. Lead and mentor technicians and apprentices, providing training and skills development. Coordinate maintenance schedules, manpower allocation, and ensure timely project delivery. Maintain high standards of documentation and quality assurance throughout all tasks. Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams, operations, and management regarding ATR maintenance issues. Support the development and implementation of internal SOPs and training programs. Ensure compliance with Transport Canada and company policies and procedures.
