Job Summary

Track technical directives, prepare management reports, and ensure regulatory compliance. Maintain and update physical and electronic aircraft, engine, and component logbooks, service records, and discrepancy books. Perform data entry, retrieval, and error correction using maintenance databases, then extract data to create backups, archives, and operational reports for audits, inspections, and detachments. Handle general clerical tasks including filing, typing, drafting correspondence, and managing technical publications libraries. This role requires a US citizen with Secret clearance, a valid driver's license, and 1-3 years of aircraft maintenance documentation experience. The position is contingent on contract award.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • US citizen

  • Secret clearance
  • valid passport
  • Efficient with Micro Soft Office suites
  • Minimum 1-3 years handling aircraft maintenance documentation, logs, and records
  • Familiar with FAA guidelines or specific military instructions
  • High attention to detail
