Job Summary
Aircraft Hydraulic System Specialist responsible for inspecting, installing, troubleshooting, repairing, overhauling and modifying aircraft pneumatic and hydraulic systems and related ground equipment. Provides technical guidance on installation, modification and repair, performs on-the-job training for trainees, documents all maintenance actions, conducts acceptance inspections on new aircraft/equipment, and handles parts ordering. Requires at least five years of RSAF AFSC 24270 experience (two years at the 7-level) and mandatory qualification as an F-I 5 Aircraft Pneudraulics System Mechanic, with demonstrated experience in installation, repair, or modification of pneudraulic systems.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in RSAF AFSC 24270, or equivalent, of which two (2) years must be at the seven (7) level
- Qualification as an F-I 5 Aircraft Pneudraulics System Mechanic is mandatory
- Experience in performing or supervision functions such as the installation, repair, or modification of aircraft Pneudraulics systems is mandatory
