Job Summary
Respond to emails, phone calls, and company chat while managing flight logistics, releasing flights, and monitoring progress. Plan crew positioning and coordinate duties, ensuring compliance with federal regulations on rest periods. Arrange international permits, handling, and customs clearance to support 24/7 operations. This role requires shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
