Job Summary
Directly supervises the assigned team while ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and company standards in aircraft maintenance. Provides technical leadership and training, oversees project bidding, planning, and scheduling, and maintains documentation in alignment with the Repair Station Quality Control Manual (RSQCM). The role involves problem anticipation, customer and vendor communication, and the maintenance of a clean work environment. Requires the ability to lift and carry weights up to 100 pounds and perform duties in various physical and environmental conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent with additional courses in aircraft maintenance in recognized service or technical school programs.
- A&P License Required.
- Successful completion of all AMT-Lead assigned tasks or equivalent experience.
Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years Falcon experience preferred.
- Intermediate supervisory training or equivalent experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Advanced skill with Corridor, Field 6, and other data.
