Job Summary
Aircraft Composite Technician III performs structural repair, replacement, and modification of airframe composite structures following FAA-approved data, adhering to RSM/QCM and related manuals. Responsibilities include reviewing work, obtaining tools/parts, completing work cards, verifying calibrated tooling, and ensuring safety and environmental compliance. Must read and understand drawings/engineering data, lift heavy objects, and work in hangar/ramp environments; able to multi-task and adapt to various shifts. Must be authorized to work in the USA and comply with DOT drug testing and background checks as required for airport access.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years of experience
- Large commercial aircraft experience preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the USA
- DOT drug test pre-employment
- Background check (TSA/FBI as required for airport badge)
