Aircraft Assembly Mechanic

Job Summary
Perform assembly, installation, adjustment, test, and verification tasks on aircraft structures, systems, and components using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment. Support production testing, troubleshooting, and functional checks while reading technical work instructions, drawings, and specifications. Maintain compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, FOD prevention, and documentation requirements. Coordinate with production, quality, engineering, and leadership teams to resolve technical or schedule-related issues. Work variable shifts, overtime, weekends, and physical production conditions as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read technical drawings, electronic work instructions, and specifications in English
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, pneumatic tools, and basic computer applications
- Strong safety mindset and ability to follow detailed processes consistently
- Ability to work variable shifts, overtime, weekends, and physical production conditions as required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in aircraft assembly, production, maintenance, technical manufacturing, or equivalent military background
- Aircraft systems, production testing, quality inspection, or troubleshooting experience
