Job Summary
Provide technical support to Airbus Helicopters customers in India and the South Asia region, handling onsite and remote technical issue resolution including AOG troubleshooting, delivering on-job training for customers on helicopter operations and Airbus World portal, managing warranty and safety reporting, maintaining customer relationships through regular visits, fleet data gathering, and assisting with AOG logistics and return-to-service activities; develop technical solutions, communicate risk and safety concerns, and support ongoing service initiatives while supporting the technical support team and ensuring compliance and integrity in all customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- AME License (Category B1) with minimum 5 years of experience on twin engine helicopters preferably H145 / H135 / H160
- Total aviation experience minimum 10 years
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify root causes and provide solutions
- Proactive, customer-focused and capable of handling deadlines and safety considerations
