Job Summary
Lead and manage airborne LiDAR projects from proposal development through budget and delivery; mentor field and office staff; build client relationships and pursue new business opportunities; oversee production workflows, ensure deliverables meet client requirements, timelines and quality; manage project financials including budgeting, invoicing, and change orders; coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate client/internal stakeholder meetings; review technical reports and documentation; preference for candidates based in Vancouver, with flexibility for remote work and travel to Vancouver as required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in a geospatial discipline such as Geomatics Engineering, Remote Sensing, Photogrammetry, GIS, or Surveying
- Minimum of 10 years of geospatial experience, including at least 5 years in a project management capacity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience in proposal writing and contributing to successful bids
- Professional designation (P.Eng., P.Geo., LS) or eligibility to obtain one is considered an asset
- Experience in the mining and/or renewable energy sectors is an asset
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and work collaboratively within a team environment
