Job Summary
Conduct detailed Airbnb turnovers by stripping beds, laundering linens, and staging homes to five-star standards. Perform thorough property walk-throughs to check for guest belongings, identify maintenance concerns, and photograph issues for the office. Restock guest amenities, organize coffee stations, and ensure all supplies are accounted for. Assist with additional services including residential cleaning, commercial janitorial work, move-in/move-out cleanings, and pet waste removal. Travel between multiple vacation rental properties throughout Southwest Washington, adhering to strict guest check-in deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for daily travel between multiple job sites
- Comfortable driving independently throughout our service area
- Smartphone capable of using GPS, company scheduling software, and communication apps
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Successfully complete company orientation and field training
- Meet company insurance and bonding eligibility requirements
- If added to company vehicle insurance, must have 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record for 3 years
- Successfully pass: Criminal background check
- Successfully pass: Drug screening
- Successfully pass: DMV screening
- Successfully pass: Reference checks
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday
- Must be able to lift 40–50 pounds regularly
- Must be able to clean floors on hands and knees when necessary
- Must be able to climb stairs frequently
- Must be able to load and unload cleaning equipment and laundry
- Must be able to maintain a steady pace while delivering exceptional quality
- Comfortable with driving between multiple properties throughout the day
- Comfortable working independently for portions of the day
- Comfortable with exposure to pets, pet hair, dust, mold, mildew, and cleaning products
- Comfortable with working in varying temperatures and weather conditions
- Comfortable with meeting time-sensitive guest check-in deadlines
- Comfortable with following detailed property-specific procedures

- Applicants must be willing and available to assist with weekend Airbnb turnovers as needed
- Flexibility for occasional earlier start times, later finish times, and weekend work is an essential part of this position

- Has excellent attention to detail and notices the small things others often miss
- Enjoys making beautifully presented beds and creating a welcoming guest experience
