Job Summary
Air Operations – Hub Sr Ops Assistant at UPS Japan: responsible for loading/unloading, shipping/receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages; may utilize heavy machinery; acts as a senior and may supervise other employees; directs and tracks hub activities while ensuring safety and quality compliance; duties also include negotiation and coordination with internal/external parties and vendor management. Key skills include communication (internal/external teamwork), English (email), MS Word/Excel, and self-management; shift-based work 6:00–23:00, Monday through Sunday, five days per week.
