Job Summary
Execute end-to-end air shipments by receiving bookings, coordinating with shippers, consignees, and agents, and inputting data to create files, manage Mawb/Hawbs, and submit AMS or EDI. Process timely invoicing to clients and subcontractors while handling customer service requests, claims, and feedback. Ensure all activities comply with international shipping regulations and company SOPs. Support data accuracy, collaborate with account managers and customs teams, and identify process enhancements for efficiency. Work closely with senior managers on irregularities and operate weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience in air operation or related roles in freight forwarding/logistics
- Fluent in Vietnamese
- Good written and spoken communication
- Good communication of written and spoken English
- Detail-oriented
- Structured
- Eager to learn global supply chain operations
- Customer-focused mindset
- Flexible and open to work on weekends
