Job Summary
Lead and oversee all operations within the Air Export and Import department, fostering a strong culture of regulatory compliance. Actively develop business through sales and retention processes while reviewing department goals to ensure staff buy-in and accountability. Manage and oversee the department's profit and loss, develop personnel, and report to the District Manager for Sweden. This on-site role in Stockholm requires a minimum of four years of relevant industry experience and demonstrated leadership capability. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience or qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership capability with a proven track record
- Strong market insight and in-depth product knowledge
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive outcomes
- Proven negotiation skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Excel and Word
