Required Qualifications
- Experience in freight forwarding or transport planning with focus on airfreight
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office features, especially Excel
- Very good time management skills with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Perseverance and resistance to challenge
- Out-of-hours (Mon–Fri) and weekend duties are remote, with rostered shifts
- Collaboration with partners, gateways, warehouse, customs teams, RCC, and external parties
- Ability to understand and execute new processes
- Monitoring shipments, deviations, and updates for visibility in KN systems
