Job Summary
Air Logistics Healthcare Operational Care Specialist responsible for end-to-end airfreight export operations for healthcare shipments, including booking, order entry, and preparation of export/import documentation; coordination with Customer Care and Revenue Care; maintaining shipment records in TMS; organizing transport solutions including DG approvals; monitoring shipment progress and ensuring on-time departures/arrivals; managing export/import consolidations, validating shipping instructions against regulatory/commercial terms; driving data accuracy, cost awareness, and issue resolution with internal teams; requires 4–5 years of airfreight ops experience, DG certification is a plus, and hands-on in Mumbai/Ahmedabad markets.
Required Qualifications
- 4–5 years in airfreight operations in a healthcare/logistics setting
- strong communication with airlines and stakeholders
- DG (Dangerous Goods) certification is an added advantage
- experience handling 300–400 shipments/month
- IC role
- export/import documentation proficiency
- regulatory compliance knowledge
