Air Import Agent

Air Import Agent handling the end-to-end import workflow: ensure timely and accurate movement of freight and information, data entry into operating systems, track and trace air export files, issue arrival notices to overseas and customers, bill clients/vendors accurately, coordinate with customers and vendors for international shipments, maintain relationships with airlines and trucking partners, ensure compliance with government and company procedures, pursue best-practice improvements to process flow and productivity, and meet KPI standards while maintaining high integrity and customer service. Must communicate effectively in English, be proactive, well-organized, and proficient in MS Office; 6 months to 1 year related experience or training preferred. IATA certification is preferred but not required.
