Job Summary
Air Freight Pricing Specialist responsible for end-to-end pricing activities including spot quotes, tenders, and ad-hoc requests; analyze market rates and airline service levels to ensure competitive and profitable pricing; maintain rate databases and pricing tools; coordinate with airlines, agents, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal buying conditions; support sales and operations with timely pricing solutions; monitor pricing performance, margins, and hit ratios against targets; identify opportunities for cost optimization and rate improvements; ensure pricing compliance with company guidelines and customer agreements; participate in internal pricing reviews and procurement initiatives; contribute to achieving commercial KPIs through proactive pricing support. Fluent in English and Hungarian; Bachelor's degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent experience; 3-5 years in air freight pricing or operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent industry experience
- 3 to 5 years of experience in the air freight industry, ideally in pricing or operations
- Fluent in English and Hungarian (written and spoken)
