Air Export Warehouse Supervisor

Lead and develop the warehouse team in a high-volume air export operation, driving safety, quality, delivery, and cost efficiency. Responsibilities include coaching Warehouse Leads, conducting regular one-on-one and performance discussions, aligning with the District Tactical Business Plan, ensuring compliance with Expeditors’ procedures, maintaining a clean and safe facility, overseeing staffing with permanent and contingent staff, managing certifications, budgeting input, and optimizing processes through continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating peak workloads, performing process audits, supporting new customer transitions, and fostering cross-training and employee development to meet performance metrics and KPI expectations. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with proficiency in Excel/Word, are essential, as is fluency in English and the ability to work night shifts when needed.
