Air Export Operator - Time Critical Logistics

Job Summary
Air Export Operator role supporting time-critical logistics for live events and tours. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers’ operational needs, coordinating bookings with airlines and carriers, and preparing shipment documentation (AWBs, BOLs, Carnets, COOs). Responsibilities include entry and management of shipments in CargoWise, handling customs clearance (in-house or via brokers), tracking shipments, maintaining costs and records, coordinating with overseas agents, and assisting in planning logistics for tours and events. Requires 3+ years in logistics/freight forwarding, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; CargoWise familiarity is a plus. The position works from home on the West/East Coast of the USA in a full-time capacity, with standard business hours and an exempt classification.
Required Qualifications
- Ideally 3-years of experience in logistics/freight forwarding
- Knowledge of project management procedures
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
- Familiarity with CargoWise (training provided)
- Ability to push, pull, lift, or maneuver weights up to 20 pounds
- Experience coordinating shipments, bookings, and documentation
