Job Summary
Coordinate with Customer Service and Warehouse on operation matters, process shipping documents and execute AWBs, and ensure accurate input of dimension, weight, rates, and other data into the system. Perform checks and verification of compliance for dangerous goods and temperature control cargo, then send pre-alerts to overseas destinations. Monitor consol cut-off times and lodge cargo in time for urgent shipments while maintaining a strong sense of urgency and responsibility. This night shift role runs Monday through Friday from 6pm to 3:30am, requiring a detail-oriented team player comfortable with PC-based software. Prior industry experience is not required but is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- PC-literate and comfortable using or learning software
- Team Player and able to work independently
- Detail oriented, meticulous and self motivated
- Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and responsibility in completing work tasks
- At least 1-2 years of working experience
- Mon to Fri 6pm - 3.30am (night shift)
