Air Export Coordinator

Coordinate outgoing air freight shipments by managing order processing, booking cargo space with airlines, and overseeing European transport dispatching. Draft and review air freight documents, compare pricing quotes, and handle billing while ensuring customs clearance and all necessary documentation are verified. Maintain communication with customers and international partners throughout the process. Requires a Spedition/Logistics background with 3–5 years of air export experience, fluent German and English, and proficiency in MS Office and TMS systems. Full-time role in Frankfurt/Kelsterbach with quarterly bonuses, a company laptop, and access to free parking and e-bike leasing.
