Job Summary
Complete EEI filings for all shipments ready or SMPd, process shipments, and handle billing and invoicing for processed files. Manage department EDEs, FDS billing, and EDMAs while collaborating on root cause analysis and solutions. Receive documents, route shipments, and send alerts to customers to keep them updated on progress. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing desk KPIs, responding to emails, and resolving problems timely. Perform miscellaneous accounting items and ensure compliance with Expeditors and Government regulations. Maintain a friendly, professional relationship with customers and train peers as needed. Work in a team environment with a collaborative spirit, demonstrating attention to detail and a sense of urgency.
Required Qualifications
- Global logistics industry knowledge
- Highly organized with solid computer skills
- Fluent in English
- Must comply with Expeditors and Government regulations/policies
- Must maintain and preserve company culture
- Must display a willingness to work in a team environment
