Job Summary
Air Export Agent will operate in an outbound logistics role focused on processing export shipments and documentation, including air waybills and customs documents. Responsibilities include tracking shipments, accurate data entry, dispatching freight, communicating with customers and vendors, maintaining client billing, and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are essential; role requires the ability to work both independently and in a team, plus a structured training program (52 hours annually). The position is 2nd shift in Franklin, WI, with in-person remote arrangement.
Required Qualifications
- 52 hours of annual training (company provided)
- Excellent attendance
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly (verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Proficient computer skills and data entry
- Track and Trace shipments
- Prepare, handle, and process shipment documentation (house and master air waybills, commercial documents, customs/regulatory documents)
- Dispatch freight
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations
