Job Summary
Deliver specialist air hygiene services including ventilation cleaning (TR19), fire damper testing, air quality assessments, and remedial works across client sites. Carry out inspections, servicing, analytical surveys, and testing activities in line with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures. Complete accurate reports, documentation, and electronic records within agreed timescales. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work. Safely operate equipment, PPE, chemicals, and access systems, including working at height where required. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service at all times. Support operational requirements through a flexible approach to working hours, including overtime, weekend work, shift patterns, and occasional overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience within the Air Hygiene and Fire Damper industry
- Proven experience carrying out inspections, servicing, testing, and remedial works within commercial and/or domestic environments
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points, flexibility to travel, and willingness to stay
