Job Summary
Deliver specialist air hygiene services including ventilation cleaning (TR19), fire damper testing, air quality assessments, and remedial works across a range of client sites. Carry out inspections, servicing, analytical surveys, and testing activities in line with industry standards, regulations, and company procedures. Complete accurate reports, documentation, and electronic records within agreed timescales. Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work. Safely operate equipment, PPE, chemicals, and access systems, including working at height where required. Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, delivering excellent customer service at all times. Support operational requirements through a flexible approach to working hours, including overtime, weekend work, shift patterns, and occasional overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Air Hygiene and Fire Damper industry
- Proven experience carrying out inspections, servicing, testing, and remedial works in commercial and/or domestic environments
- Knowledge of fire damper testing and air hygiene services, including legislation, standards, and compliance requirements
- Familiarity with standards such as BS 9999, RRFSO 2005, TR19, BESA, AHO/AHT, NAADUK
- Competent with computers, PDAs, and Microsoft Office for reports and documentation
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points, ability to travel, and willingness to stay away overnight when required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to health and safety
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
