Job Summary
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance across commercial A/C systems, including VRV/VRF, splits, multi-splits, and CRAC units. Perform advanced fault-finding using manufacturer diagnostic tools and service checker software. Work independently on field-based commercial sites with support from an experienced office team. Earn £45,000 - £52,000 base salary with quarterly performance bonuses and paid travel time up to 1.5 hours daily. Join a call-out rota of approximately 1-in-20-21 weeks with 33 days holiday. Utilize a company van with fuel card and paid parking, while receiving full kit including tablet, mobile phone, PPE, and uniform. Progress through structured appraisals and on-site training at the in-house centre.
Required Qualifications
- Solid experience working on commercial air conditioning systems
- Strong background in VRV/VRF and split systems
- F-Gas Category 1
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working independently and using digital service/reporting tools
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with chillers, CRAC units or critical environments
