Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test compressed air equipment on-site at customer facilities while inspecting and performing preventative maintenance. Consult with customers regarding equipment needs, maintenance, and repairs, then document all work performed using designated forms and submit reports to business units. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Parts and Sales to facilitate service delivery. This role requires a Monday through Friday schedule from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm in the Decatur, GA territory.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Driver's License with clean Motor Vehicle Record
- 2+ years' industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Ability to prioritize tasks with strong time management skills
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal/customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Keen attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years' compressed air system maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- 1+ years' refrigeration equipment maintenance experience
- EPA Section 608 Technician (Universal Refrigerant) Certification
- ASSE 6040 (Medical Gas Maintenance Personnel) Certification
