Job Summary
Oversee cargo operations at a Miami-based facility, supervising staff, coordinating warehousing, dispatch and staging of airfreight and related duties; ensure compliance with TSA and company security programs; manage staffing, training, coaching, and performance; handle budgets and manning; communicate with customers; requires associate's degree and 6 months-1 year related experience; weekend availability; lift up to 70 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must be able to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off.
