Job Summary
Direct supervisory personnel within cargo services to ensure safety, security, and efficiency: oversee staffing requirements, monitor discipline and performance, maintain customer satisfaction through daily feedback, and liaise between first-level supervisors and upper management. Ensure adherence to TSA regulations and the site security plan, issue and manage employee IDs, and enforce fair and respectful treatment of employees, customers, vendors, and others. Requires a college degree or equivalent experience, 2–5 years of management/supervisor experience in field service, and airline pricing experience. Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and days off. Strong written and verbal communication, report-writing, and interpersonal skills are essential; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Two to five years previous management/specialist supervisory experience in field service duties
- Airline pricing experience
- Ability to work weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday), holidays and days off
- Familiarity with personal computer software helpful
- Independent judgment and decision-making skills required
- Excellent interpersonal skills, written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Ability to lift up to 70 pounds unassisted
