Job Summary
Lead the AIOps platform initiative as the primary technical liaison to Network Engineering, ServiceNow, and SolarWinds teams to establish unified telemetry pipelines; architect closed-loop remediation by integrating Splunk ITSI with ServiceNow Event/Incident Management; maintain Splunk AIOps solutions across classified enclaves for real-time situational awareness; normalize and correlate SolarWinds telemetry with server and application logs; deploy ML models via Splunk MLTK to identify anomalies and potential cyber threats; build secure data ingestion pipelines for telemetry from cross-domain and tactical devices; use ITSI to correlate multi-source events and reduce noise; collaborate with CSSP to integrate AIOps insights into defensive cyber operations; ensure observability tools comply with DoW STIGs/IL5/IL6 and maintain architectural documentation and traceability; stay current on AIOps capabilities relevant to DoD, federal, and intelligence mission systems.
Required Qualifications
- Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance required at time of hire
- Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+, GSEC, or SSCP) required
- United States Citizenship required
- 7+ years experience with Splunk Enterprise (architectural design, cluster management, SPL)
- 3+ years experience implementing AIOps workflows with ServiceNow
- Proven ML model development and tuning experience with Splunk MLTK
- Advanced scripting (Python) for automation
- Experience leading technical working groups
- Operational DoW/DoD NOC/SOC experience
- Strong communication skills with ability to present designs to leadership boards
