AIG Teacher (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Design and deliver differentiated instruction tailored to gifted learners in grades 3-5, implementing enrichment units that extend grade-level standards. Facilitate the screening and identification of AIG students while analyzing data to inform instruction and monitor progress. Collaborate with classroom teachers to support differentiation within general education settings and provide strategies for advanced learners. Communicate clearly with teachers, administrators, and families regarding student needs and services. This part-time role focuses on challenging students who demonstrate advanced academic abilities and ensuring they progress at an appropriate level.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- Ability to design engaging, rigorous learning experiences
- Experience working with elementary-aged students
- Knowledge of social-emotional needs of gifted students

- AIG certification
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, and leadership and communication skills
