Visit repair shops to inspect damaged vehicles, negotiate repair costs with stakeholders, and verify that damage aligns with the accident report. Identify unrelated damage and propose appropriate repair scopes and methods. Requires an automobile mechanic's license and a driver's license; on-site visits occur with company vehicles. Fixed monthly salary exceeds 300,000 yen with annual bonuses. Full-time role with standard hours from 9:00 to 17:00, though overtime may occur. Candidates may eventually work from home for direct returns to sites after gaining experience.
Required Qualifications
- 自動車整備士の資格
- 普通自動車第一種運転免許(AT限定可)
- 技術アジャスター資格(見習・初級・3級・2級・)
- ディーラーや整備工場での修鈑金理見積・フロント業務経験
- 損害保険登録鑑定人資格(3級・2級・1級)
- 損害保険会社勤務経験
- 損害保険に関わる業務経験(代理店、調査会社など)
- コミュニケーション力
- 自動車工学の知識
- 関連する法律の知識
- 損害評価の知識
- 事故車両が入庫した修理工場等を訪問する能力
- 関係者と打ち合わせする能力
- 修理費の調整を行う能力
- 事故と損傷箇所に整合性があるかを確認する能力
- 事故とは無関係な損傷を見極める能力
- 適正な修理範囲や修理方法を的確に提案する能力
- 全国への転勤を選択する能力
