Job Summary
AIFM Oversight Senior Officer responsible for comprehensive oversight of fund operations and regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to Luxembourg and European regulatory frameworks, monitoring costs/fees, performing due diligence on fund administrators and depositaries, overseeing fund audits and financial reporting (including NAV packs and internal controls), evaluating operational KPIs, and collaborating with depositary agents, administrators and auditors to support AIFM policies. Requires a Master’s degree in Accounting, at least three years’ Funds’ Operations experience, strong knowledge of Luxembourg/EU regulation (AIFMD, 18/698), proficiency with MS Office, and fluency in English. Includes flexible working arrangements and a competitive remuneration package.
Required Qualifications
- Master/bachelor’s in Accounting
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience, preferably with Funds’ Operations
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds & firms (incl. 18/698 and other circulars) as well as relevant European Regulation (AIFMD)
- Very good command of Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Fluent in English
