Aids & Adaptations Supervisor - Social Housing

Aids & Adaptations Supervisor responsible for supervising the delivery of disability adaptations across social housing stock, managing referrals from Occupational Therapists and health/social care professionals, overseeing contractors, ensuring timely, high-quality works within budget and KPIs, and maintaining compliance with Equality Act 2010, HHSRS, Building Regulations, and Health and Safety at Work Act. Acts as the main point of contact for residents, liaises with health and social care teams, handles enquiries and complex cases, prioritises cases by risk, and ensures value for money and documentation through post-inspections and records. Based in Kingston upon Thames, UK with in-person (office/site) work arrangement.
