Job Summary
Assist members with activities of daily living, personal care, and meal service while facilitating therapeutic recreational programs. Maintain clean, disinfected program areas and equipment, ensuring a safe, clutter-free environment for all. Observe members for changes in condition, escalate concerns as appropriate, and communicate professionally with families and staff. Participate in staff meetings and safety training to support center goals. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles available with daily pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand for an extended period
- Successful results of background check
- Additional state-specific regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- At least one-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting
- Prior experience working seniors and/or adults with special needs
- Engaging interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Able to work a flexible schedule
