Aides - Program Assistant

Job Summary
Assist members with activities of daily living, personal care, and meal service while facilitating therapeutic recreational programs. Maintain program areas, equipment, and supplies ensuring a clean, disinfected, and safe environment. Observe members for changes in condition, escalate concerns appropriately, and actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member experience. Full-time, part-time, and per-diem roles available with daily pay. Benefits include PTO, medical, vision, dental, and 401(k). High school diploma or equivalent preferred; one-year healthcare experience desirable. Background check required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
- At least one-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting
- Prior experience working seniors and/or adults with special needs
- Engaging interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Able to bend, pull, push, squat, turn, transfer, and lift 50 pounds
- Able to stand for an extended period
- Successful results of background check
- Additional state-specific regulatory requirements
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred
- At least one-year full-time equivalent experience in a health care setting preferred
- Prior experience working seniors and/or adults with special needs preferred but not required
