Job Summary
Directly assist the campus Social Emotional Behavior Support (SEBS) Specialist in providing positive behavioral supports and interventions. Support teachers in managing classroom activities and work with children experiencing behavioral challenges. Adjust to flexible daily assignments as needed on campus. Obtain Educational Aide certification if holding less than 30 hours of college credit. Requires a High School diploma or GED, some experience working with children, and strong communication skills. This 187-day term role includes additional training upon hiring.
