Aide – Special Education - Behavioral 1:1

Aide – Special Education in a classroom setting to support a certified teacher by implementing classroom programs, assisting with self-help and behavior management, and providing physical and instructional support to students with disabilities. Responsibilities include assisting with preparation of instructional materials, supervising students during the day (including lunchroom, bus, and playground), assisting with student transfers and personal care needs, maintaining confidentiality, and performing duties as assigned by the principal. Emphasis on supporting students with physical disabilities, crisis intervention when needed, and adapting to each student’s needs.
