Job Summary
Conduct daily care for residents, including hygiene, meals, mobility, and evening routines, while prioritizing their autonomy and well-being. Monitor safety, respect individual habits and preferences, and encourage personal choices. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team to ensure personalized, high-quality support. Share moments of connection and social interaction throughout the day. Work a schedule with one weekend off every two weeks, with occasional night shifts as needed.
