Assist residents with evening routines and ensure they rest comfortably using specialized transfer rails. Provide continuous support to foster daily independence and share meaningful moments while attending to individual preferences. Work night shifts with overnight premiums, rotating weekends, and fixed rest days within a community focused on resident inspiration and inclusion.
Required Qualifications
- Diplômé d'état Aide-soignant
- X week-end travaillé sur X et X jour de repos fixe par semaine
- X nuits de travail par mois avec prime de nuit
