Job Summary
Deliver hygiene and comfort care, provide social support including prevention and education, and collaborate with the care team and other professionals at the patient's home under the delegation of a nurse. Maintain the person in their living environment, prevent loss of autonomy, and facilitate return to home or avoid hospitalization. This three-week part-time contract (80%) runs from August 24 to September 13 within Altriane's SSIAD network in Millau, serving the Aveyron department.
