Aide - Preschool

Support the preschool classroom under the guidance of the lead teacher by implementing lesson plans, promoting a safe and engaging learning environment, and assisting with curriculum activities. Maintain classroom routines, supervise and interact with children in a warm, calm manner, support parent communication, and uphold confidentiality. Ensure certifications (CPR and First Aid) are current, participate in the Archdiocese Safe Environment Program, and demonstrate Catholic values in daily classroom practices. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the teacher and Early Learning Center Director. Expected to collaborate effectively with administration, staff, parents, and volunteers to foster child development across cognitive, language, social-emotional, adaptive, and physical skills.
