Aide, Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Unique Needs provides classroom and personal-care support to students with disabilities under the direction of a supervising teacher. Responsibilities include adhering to daily schedules, assisting with personal hygiene as directed, implementing classroom/individual behavior management systems, and ensuring the care, well-being, and supervision of students with disabilities. Role involves working under supervision, adapting to district needs, cooperating with colleagues, and maintaining reliability and professionalism. Minimum duties may evolve; flexibility and responsiveness to district needs are essential. Experience in education, child care, or related fields is preferred.
