Aide, Classroom

Instructional Aide provides support to teachers and students to enhance the educational environment and promote student success. The aide assists with classroom instruction, student supervision, preparation of materials, and administrative tasks while helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment. Responsibilities include assisting teachers with lesson plans and instructional activities; providing individual and small-group support; reinforcing academic concepts; supporting classroom management and behavior strategies; preparing instructional materials and displays; monitoring students during activities; assisting with IEPs and student documentation; maintaining records and communication with staff, students, and parents; and performing other duties as assigned by the supervising teacher or administrator.
