Job Summary
Conduct winemaking operations including fermentation, racking, and bottling while monitoring fermentation processes. Perform grape handling and portage tasks. Begin August 20, 2026, for a 5 to 6-week contract with 39 hours weekly, including weekend work and overtime. Entry-level candidates accepted; BSc Viticulture or Oenology preferred with harvest experience. Meals provided.
