Job Summary
Aide 3.5 hr in the school cafeteria: assists during meal service, circulates to promote a pleasant dining experience while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and district rules. Supports Student Nutrition Services staff with special diet requests, helps with food tastings, and helps prepare and maintain allergy-free tables. Keeps tables clean and ready for the next group, and assists with behavior management by referring issues to teachers or principals as needed. Demonstrates reliability, teamwork, and customer service, and adheres to district policies on attendance, dress, and professional conduct. 3.5 hours per day in a district environment; duties may evolve as determined by district needs.
