Job Summary
Define and own the end-to-end business readiness plan aligned to the integrated programme plan, leading assessments and maintaining clear go/no-go criteria. Coordinate operational impacts across process, people, policy, and training while ensuring support models like SLAs and RACI are defined. Partner with business owners to execute commercialisation activities, track launch milestones, and lead transition-to-BAU efforts including change management and governance. Run programme governance for the business readiness workstream, produce executive reporting, and facilitate structured meetings with clear outcomes. This role ensures delivered capabilities are commercially and operationally ready for sustained business ownership within the AIBMS integration programmes.
