Job Summary
Detail-oriented AI workflow automation role focused on billing operations, pricing configuration, and fraud monitoring. Approximately 60/40 split between hands-on automation delivery and operational support, embedding in existing processes to reduce manual tasks. Build lightweight AI-powered tools and workflows using modern tooling (e.g., Claude, OpenAI APIs) to automate ticket triage, anomaly flagging, configuration validation, and workflow orchestration. Document automation logic for auditability and handover. Collaborate with Billing Engineering, Payments, Compliance, and Fraud teams to align requirements and validate outputs.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in technical operations
- Hands-on delivery with workflow automation
- Demonstrable experience with LLM integrations
- Scripting or operational tooling
- Comfortable using AI APIs (Claude, OpenAI)
