Job Summary
AI Workflow Senior Specialist at Tinuiti designs, builds, and scales AI-driven, end-to-end workflows using agent-based platforms and AI agents. The role translates marketing and business requirements into automated workflows, orchestrates AI agents that can reason, take actions, and collaborate across tools and systems, and defines guardrails, validation logic, and monitoring to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance. The position requires hands-on experience with LLMs, Python/JavaScript, API and data tool integrations, and strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration. The role operates in a flexible hybrid model with an in-office requirement at the Reforma, CDMX office two days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in process automation, workflow design, or systems engineering
- Hands-on experience building solutions with LLMs
- Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts (multi-agent systems, tool calling, memory, orchestration)
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar scripting languages
- Experience integrating APIs, databases, and BI/reporting tools
- Proficient in Excel/Gsheet including advanced formulas and scripts.
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in analytical thinking, capable of dissecting complex problems and providing structured solutions.
- Exceptional task management and task prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment with demonstrated aptitude for cross-functional teamwork
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
