Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain automations on Zapier and n8n, creating low-code AI agents to support process improvement. Document all workflows for scalability, monitor dashboards for reporting, and troubleshoot errors to ensure reliable operations. Identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities while collaborating on AI literacy initiatives and training. Stay current on new AI tools to bring back valuable techniques. Work closely with all departments and the VP of Operations to reinforce efficient, scalable processes.
Required Qualifications
- English at a near-native level (oral and written)
- 2-3 years of experience in operations, automation, or systems management
- Proficiency with Zapier, N8N and Notion
- Experience creating AI/low-code tools/solutions for process improvement
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or Looker
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Problem-solving mindset: able to spot issues and suggest improvements
- Strong understanding of remote work best practices, challenges, and trends
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment; you'll have guidance when you need it, but you're also goal-oriented and can execute independently
- Willingness to collaborate and assist whenever and wherever needed
- 100% Remote role
- Advanced English
Desired Qualifications
- Any experience with SQL or a programming language for data manipulation is a plus
